Jammu and Kashmir High Court Seeks Report on Food Monitoring - (11 Jul 2019)

CIVIL

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has sought a report from the Government on monitoring of different food items in Jammu and Kashmir. While hearing a suo-motto Public Interest Litigation against food adulteration the Court directed the authorities concerned to file the report within four weeks.
