Supreme Court: Inter-State Sales Between Successor States Inapt to be Treated as Intra-State Sales - (10 Jul 2019)

CONSTITUTION

Supreme Court has ruled that creation of a new political State must be given full legal effect and the Inter-State sales between the two successor States cannot be treated a Intra-State sales.
