NCLT Directs Ruchi Soya to Study Impact of Revised NCLAT Order on Essar Steel - (10 Jul 2019)

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Mumbai has directed the resolution professional of Ruchi Soya to find out whether the appellate tribunal National Company Law Appellate Tribunal’s/NCLAT's last week's order on Essar Steel-ArcelorMittal matter would have any impact on their case.
