Jammu & Kashmir High Court Serves Notices to Eight Nominated Members of Legislative Council (MLCs) - (12 Aug 2015)

Jammu & Kashmir High Court has served notices to all eight nominated Members of Legislative Council (MLCs) seeking their response as to why their nomination should not be considered a voilation of Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir.
