Delhi HC Acquits Man Serving 30 Year Jail Term for Gang Rape, Says Case Filled With 'Inconsistencies' - (07 Jul 2019)

Shiva (30) was convicted in 2014 by a trial court of confining and raping a woman for nine months, however his lawyer successfully argued that the woman's consent could be inferred as she and Shiva had cohabited for nine months.
