ITAT Chandigarh: Penalty Granted on Surrender Made on Account of Discrepancy in Stock - (04 Jul 2019)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Chandigarh has ruled that the penalty under Section 271AAB of the Income Tax Act, 1961 was rightly imposed in the case where the Assessee surrendered the short stock not accounted.
