Apex Court: Outer Limitation for Possession Suit Based on Title Will Not Get Lost - (04 Jul 2019)

LIMITATION

Apex Court has noted that merely because relief of declaration is also sought in a suit for possession the outer limitation of twelve years is also not lost.
