Calcutta High Court Notice Brings Cut Money Scandal to Mamata Banerjee’s Doorstep - (03 Jul 2019)

Calcutta High Court has directed Bengal food minister Jyotipriya Mullick,his confidential assistant,a councillor and the State to respond within four weeks to a complaint filed by two businessmen brothers that they had been asked at gunpoint to pay Rs 30 lakhs in exchange for permission to set up a nursing home.
