Gujarat High Court: Notice Compulsory While Detaining Goods Not Accompanied With E-Way Bill - (03 Jul 2019)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Gujarat High Court while granting interim relief to a dealer from Tamil Nadu has held that notice under Section 129 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act , 2017 is a compulsory condition to detain the goods which are not accompanied with E-Way bill during the consignment.
