Punjab and Haryana HC Quashes Lower Court Order on Cheema’s Summoning in 2007 Forgery Case - (14 Dec 2015)

Punjab and Haryana HC has quashed a trial court order that had summoned state education minister Daljeet Singh Cheema in a forgery case dating back to 2007.
