Centre Moves SC Against Bombay HC Order Asking for Mehul Choksi’s Medical Report - (02 Jul 2019)

Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, appearing for the Centre, told the SC that the high court order may have an adverse impact on the government's effort to extradite Choksi to India.
