Telangana High Court Issues Notice on Home Secretary, DGP - (02 Jul 2019)

Telangana High Court has issued notices to the Principal Secretary, Home, and the Director General of Police on a Public Interest Petition challenging the indefinite detention of vehicles and sending communication to private organisations on their employees being caught on drunk and drive charges.
