Delhi High Court Seeks State Govt and Police's Reaction on Mental Health Plea - (02 Jul 2019)

Delhi High Court has sought the reaction of the Government and police on a request seeking its direction for the constitution of government bodies at district or group of districts level to enforce the provisions of the Mental Health Care Act, 2017.
