Marital Rape As Ground for Divorce; SC Turns Down Petitioner And Asks to Approach HC - (01 Jul 2019)

A bench of Justices SA Bobde and BR Gavai asked the petitioner advocate Anuja Kapur to approach the high court for the relief. Kapur then withdrew her plea.
