Delhi HC Directs DJB to Extract Water - (14 Dec 2015)

Delhi HC while expressing concern over high water table in a south Delhi colony, has directed Delhi Jal Board (DJB) to obtain permission from Deputy Commissioner to extract water from Siddharth Extension area and work out modalities, including the charges, for supplying it to the railways.
