ITAT, Jaipur: Defect in Notice would invalidate Penalty Proceedings - (26 Jun 2019)

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Jaipur Bench has held that the defect in the notice issued by the income tax department would nullify the entire penalty proceedings against the assessee.
