Gujarat HC Demands System to Ascertain Lawyers' Competency - (26 Jun 2019)

Gujarat High Court has directed Bar Council of India and Bar Council of Gujarat to create a mechanism for ascertaining the competency of lawyers in conducting cases before the court.
