Madras High Court Quashes 32 Orders Passed by Single Judge, Favouring Mining Barons - (12 Aug 2015)

Madras High Court has quashed orders passed by single judge cancelling as many mining licences issued to two companies for failing to submit mandatory mining schemes, stating that it was "unsustainable in law".
