Delhi HC Junks Plea Seeking CBI Probe against Virbhadra Singh - (11 Dec 2015)

Delhi High Court has junked PIL seeking a CBI probe against Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh in a disproportionate assets case with the observation that “nothing remains” in the matter and disposed of the case.
