ITAT Kolkata: Old, Uninhabitable House Cannot be Subject to Tax on Notional Rent Basis - (20 Jun 2019)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) Kolkata has noted that notional rent cannot be applied to determine house property income towards an old uninhabitable house which is not capable to let out.
