Kerala High Court: Removal of Name from Voters’ List Without Hearing Unlawful - (18 Jun 2019)

ELECTION

Kerala High Court has observed that it is illegal to remove a voter from the voters list without giving him an opportunity of hearing. Further any inaction by the voter in getting his name restored also won’t justify such action.
