Bombay High Court Refuses to Grant Bail for Sexual Predator - (17 Jun 2019)

CRIMINAL

Bombay high court has declined to grant bail to a 31-year-old man arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a 17-year-old Facebook friend after calling him home and serving spiked juice. The case was registered after the complainant attempted to commit suicide by consuming phenyl.
