Madras High Court: Provision to Enquire 'Man Missing Cases' Should be Included - (17 Jun 2019)

CRIMINAL

Madras High Court has noted that Section 174 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 should be amended to include man missing cases under this provision so that an enquiry could be conducted.
