Bombay High Court:Vague And General Allegations Not Enough to Incriminate Remote Relatives of Husband - (14 Jun 2019)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court has noted that in cases where overt acts are attributed to persons other than the husband, such accusations need to be proved beyond a reasonable doubt. Thus, proceedings against the relatives were quashed and set aside.
