Supreme Court: Odisha, Bihar Anti-Graft Laws are Constitutional - (11 Dec 2015)

Supreme Court has declared two laws passed by Odisha and Bihar legislatures to tackle corruption as constitutional. SC upheld verdicts of High Courts of these states, which had come to a similar finding.
