Gauhati High Court: No Authority to Transfer Proceedings Pending Before Foreigners' Tribunal - (11 Jun 2019)

Gauhati High Court has noted that a proceeding before one Foreigners' Tribunal cannot be transferred to another Foreigners' Tribunal in exercise of powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950.
