Kerala High Court: Mere Possession of Sexually Explicit Photos Not an Offence - (10 Jun 2019)

CRIMINAL

Kerala High Court while holding that mere possession of sexually explicit photos in private custody without circulation or publication will not amount to an offence under the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act 1986 has quashed criminal proceedings against two persons.
