Payal Tadvi Case : Bombay High Court Grants Partial Custody of Accused - (10 Jun 2019)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court has granted partial custody of Ankita Khandelwal, Hema Ahuja and Bhakti Mehare, the accused in the Payal Tadvi Case. The Court had earlier refused to grant the crime branch full custody of the three doctors.
