NGT Stays AP Govt's Godavari-Penna Interlinking Projects Due to Lack of Environment Clearance - (10 Jun 2019)

ENVIRONMENT

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has stayed the Andhra Pradesh Government's Godavari-Penna interlinking projects due to lack of environmental clearance. NGT rapped the Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board and noted that it has failed to perform its duty to take appropriate action as per law.
