Madras High Court: Music Maestro Ilayaraja Has Sole Rights Over His Compositions - (05 Jun 2019)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Madras High Court has ordered music maestro Ilayaraja that only he has the right over his own compositions while hearing two cases filed by Ilayaraja against AGI Music and Echo Recording company. The High Court rejected one case and the other was decreed.
