Supreme Court Overturns Order on a Delhi High Court Order Restraining CBI Probe Into UPA Era Scam - (03 Jun 2019)

Supreme Court has lifted a Delhi High Court order restraining the CBI from probing alleged irregularities in grant of licenses to private parties by the UPA Government in 2010 to extract atomic and rare minerals.
