Delhi High Court Directs J&J to Pay 67 Hip Implant Patients Rs 25 Lakh Each - (31 May 2019)

CIVIL

Delhi High Court has directed American multinational Johnson and Johnson (J&J) to pay Rs 25 lakh each to 67 patients in the faulty hip implants case. The amount has to be disbursed within two weeks.
