Delhi High Court Restrains CPCB from Coercive Action Against DDA Over Rs 1 Cr Fine On It - (31 May 2019)

ENVIRONMENT

Delhi High Court has restrained the Central Pollution Control Board/CPCB from taking any coercive action against land owning agency DDA pursuant to Rs 1 crore fine imposed on it for alleged non-compliance of the Graded Response Action Plan.
