Delhi HC Irks Over FSSAI for Disparity in Number of Samples Sent to Govt. & Pvt. Labs - (10 Dec 2015)

Delhi High Court has questioned Food Safety and Standards Authority (FSSAI) as to why there was a disparity in number of samples sent for testing to government labs vis-a-vis private labs.
