NGT Stays New Construction Around Sanjay Gandhi Park - (09 Dec 2015)

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has imposed stay on new construction permissions in the vicinity of the Sanjay Gandhi National Park. This move of NGT may impact several proposed real estate projects in the eastern and western suburbs of Mumbai and parts of Thane district.
