Delhi HC: No Charge U/S 447 IPC Could Be Framed if Complainant Has No Possession of the Property - (27 May 2019)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court has held that when there is no material to show that the possession was parted by the Petitioner or was handed over to the complainant, no charge under Section 447 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 can be framed against the Petitioner.
