Delhi High Court Stays Lower Court Proceedings Against Bank Executives - (27 May 2019)

Delhi High Court has stayed the lower court proceedings against Punjab National Bank its former Managing Director & CEO Usha Ananthasubramanian and 11 other senior PNB officials in a case triggered by the multi-crore Nirav Modi and Mehul Choksi perpetrated scam.
