Delhi High Court Restrains Private Person from Using Sites in Name of Tata Group Chief - (09 Dec 2015)

Delhi HC has restrained a private person from using the websites he created in the name of Tata group chairman and observed that sites were created to "blatantly and illegally" capitalise on well-known name of business tycoon.
