UK Court Orders Vijay Mallya to Repay USD 135 Million Loan to British Beverage Giant Diageo - (25 May 2019)

The three claimants in the case are pursuing Vijay Mallya over an agreement struck in February 2016, under which he would step down as chair of United Spirits in exchange for a financial agreement.
