Hyderabad HC Asks OL to Seek CBI Assistance - (08 Dec 2015)

Hyderabad HC while suspecting role played by office of the Official Liquidator (OL) in fraudulent transfer of funds of companies under liquidation from State Bank of Hyderabad and other banks, has directed Official Liquidator to make a formal complaint with CBI and get an FIR registered in the case.
