Delhi HC Seeks Status Report from DSLSA on Women Undertrial Prisoners - (08 Dec 2015)

Delhi High Court has irked over condition of women undertrial prisoners who are still suffering in jails despite undergoing detention for half of their terms and asked Delhi State Legal Service Authority (DSLSA) to file a status report specifying reasons behind.
