AAR Kerala: Diagnostic Centres Need Not Obtain GST Registration - (20 May 2019)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

The Kerala State Authority for Advance Rulings (AAR) has observed that the diagnostic centres, being part of health care services need not be registered under the Goods and Services Tax.
