Delhi High Court: Amritsari Chur Chur Naan and Chur Chur Naan are the Same - (20 May 2019)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Delhi High Court has observed that there cannot be any monopoly over the terms i.e 'Chur Chur Naan' and 'Amritsari Chur Chur Naan' as they are “completely generic”.
