Delhi High Court Tells Lower Court to Avoid Delays in a 2010 Murder Case of Delhi University Student - (20 May 2019)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court has directed a lower court to ensure that the trial of a nine-year-old murder case, which saw a Delhi University student being killed, is not unnecessarily delayed. Five men are still facing trial in the case though the charge sheet was filed eight years ago.
