Kerala High Court : Non- Trade Unions Members Can Be Nominated to Committees - (08 Dec 2015)

Kerala High Court has ruled that there was no requirement that only members of registered Trade Unions should be nominated to subcommittees under the Minimum Wages Act to solve labour issues.
