NCDRC: Homebuyers can Seek Refund if Flat Possession Delayed - (17 May 2019)

CONSUMER

National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) has observed in an order that homebuyers can claim a refund from builders if the project is delayed beyond one year in a big relief to homebuyers who have been struggling to get possession of their flat for years.
