NCLT Refuses to Stay Voting by Creditors of Jaypee Infra - (15 May 2019)

INSOLVENCY

NCLT has cleared the way for voting by Committee of Creditors of Jaypee Infratech in which the lenders are set to decide on NBCC India’s offer for the debt ridden realty firm.
