Delhi HC Dismisses Gandhis’ Plea Challenging Trial Court Summons in National Herald Case - (08 Dec 2015)

Delhi High Court has dismissed plea of Congress President Sonia Gandhi and her son Rahul Gandhi, challenging summons issued to them in the National Herald case in which they have to appear before the trial court tomorrow.
