Supreme Court Issues Notice On Plea Challenging Mandatory Death Penalty Under SC/ST Act - (10 May 2019)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has issued notice to the Centre on a PIL challenging mandatory death penalty under Section 3(2)(i) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
