Supreme Court Refuses To Stay Madras High Court Order On Kiran Bedi's Powers - (10 May 2019)

CONSTITUTION

Supreme Court has declined to stay a Madras High Court order restricting Puducherry LG Kiran Bedi's authority to act independently of the elected government in the Union Territory, which is led by Congress lawmaker V Narayanasamy.
